This perspective yields an ability to see and think differently as a thought-provoking business leader, trusted advisor, and professor. I am willing to challenge the status quo-  not just to push it along. Instead, my focus is to bring new ideas while always having care for change management, and it is required to be careful when communicating new ideas or information respectfully.​

My personal philosophical goal is to reverse the modern notion of the "ME GENERATION" and return to the "WE GENERATION" where being of service to others (as in doingness, not just talking about it or paying taxes to avoid it) to others gives personal pleasure as fuel for the soul. For me, it is not doing the activity for someone else but teaching or trading with them so that we each contribute.

 

This is an ancient philosophy that I believe is required for course correction.
